    Guide post and guide sleeve. It is the guide element that guides the die stroke.
    1.Standard mold processing equipment is mainly milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine. Milling machine, grinding machine processing 6 surface bright to the specified size. Drilling machine will die frame precision requirements of the hole: such as screw hole, ring hole drilling, tapping teeth. The most basic requirement of a standard mold frame is to open the mold smoothly. Whether the mold is opened smoothly or not is directly related to the precision of the 4 guide post holes. Therefore, in general, it is necessary to use CNC vertical machining center for rapid drilling and boring to achieve precision.
    2.Non-standard mold frame is on the basis of the above standardized mold frame, and then finish. The finishing here refers to the cavity (mold frame), fine positioning, lock module, water channel (heating/cooling fluid channel), top pinhole and so on required by a set of molds in addition to the 4 guide post holes. Thus, the mold manufacturer can directly install the mold kernel (mold core), which can be used for mold testing and plastic product production.
